A remembering
When we discover the truth of who we really are everything changes. It is like a deep remembering of something we once knew. The lens through which we see ourself changes and therefore so does our world.
Could you imagine discovering that the long standing belief you've held of being alone, having to navigate life's challenges all on your own was just a feeling not a truth?
Could you imagine discovering that the truest love never had to be earned and the belief of never being enough was just a feeling not a truth?
It is like being able to zoom out and finally see the entire movie screen and not just the one corner of the frame you've been stuck in. You have such a better understanding of what's happening because you have a better view. The picture never changed but now it feels like a completely different movie!
Everything I offer is driven by the intention of helping you connect to a deeper knowing and to be filled with the purest love from the inside out.

Life continues beyond our physical existence. Our loved ones that have passed are never far from us. They want us to know how close they still are, that they love us, and want to be a continual part of our lives. I serve as a bridge between worlds, connecting you to your loved ones in spirit. Serving as a voice for the voiceless is something I honor with deep respect.

Your soul guides the reading! It illuminates the things you need most right now in your life which may be direction, clarity, healing, and/ or a confirmation of who you really are and what is possible for you. My favorite part about these readings is witnessing the true essence of each person.
Immersia~ My most popular event!
An immersive experience pulls the participant into another world- a different environment than the normal day to day.
It is from this place that this powerful creation got its name. Immersia (Immer-zhuh) is an exploration of self through intention, sound, breath, and guided meditation.
We are all connected to something so much bigger than us, which makes us beyond capable of receiving guidance and direction in our lives. Too often though, our day to day is so busy and full of noise it can make it extremely difficult to find clarity direction.
The soul wants to speak. When the mind is still it is easier to hear what the soul is trying to communicate.
Come reconnect with the deepest part of you in an outdoor meditation experience, centered around the five elements of all creation: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Spirit

About Me: A yoga instructor is what I thought my forever work would be. It led to certifying as a practitioner in Sound Healing, Reiki, Integrated Energetic Therapy, and Life & Health Coaching. These different modalities were attuning me more finely to the world of energy- a vital skill I would need in my work moving forward.
Prior to starting my personal healing journey, I was a young mother burdened by the deep wounds I carried and my unforeseen life circumstances. I didn't know how to cope. I had no personal awareness and no tools. I tried to control everything around me down to each kitchen drawer. I drove myself into the ground trying to keep up. I felt so alone in my struggles. I didn't think anyone felt the way I did.
A battle with cancer and a special needs daughter exasperated the internal weight I carried. Between these and my ongoing health problems, the camel's back had finally broken.
It woke me up to the truth that we are intricate, highly complex beings interconnected to self on every single layer. As much as we try to separate or compartmentalize, no part of us is separate from the other.
Every healing modality I learned was a reclamation of power. The words of Louise Hay, "You are more powerful than you have ever been led to believe," could not feel more true to me.
If this is possible for me, it is possible for you. I know that pure love is a very real power that comes from the inside out. It is nothing to be earned, it is only to be actualized. If we think love is something outside of us, we will always be chasing it.
