Fall 2025

"Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you."             Anne Lamott

The elements are more than forces of nature; they are mirrors of our inner world. Earth steadies us, water softens us, fire awakens us, air inspires us, and spirit connects us with the greater whole. Through the elements, we remember what has always been within.

Earth

Earth is the quiet keeper of stability. It does not rush, it simply holds. To live in tune with earth is to remember the wisdom of your body- the steady heartbeat, the breath that anchors, the ground that never leaves you. Earth teaches us to root deeply, to trust the foundation beneath our feet, to know that we belong. When you lean into the body's wisdom, you discover a truth as ancient as stone: you are supported, steady, and home.

Water

Water is the great teacher of flow. It moves without striving, shapes without forcing, and adapts without losing itself. To live in tune with water is to listen to the quiet tides of your inner world- the rise and fall of feeling, the pull of intuition, the release that comes with surrender. You cannot grasp water in your hands, but you can trust its movement. When you allow your inner waters to lead, life's outer waves no longer overwhelm you- they carry you where you are meant to go.

Fire

Fire is the pulse of courage. It rises within you as determination, clarity, and the will to act. To live in tune with fire is to embrace your passion, to follow what lights you up, and to to transform challenge into strength. Fire teaches us to be bold, take risks, to create and re-create ourselves again and again. It is the element of confidence and movement- igniting the spark that turns vision into reality.

Air

Air is the unseen thread of life. Though invisible, it carries every breath, every word, every song. To live in tune with air is to remember the spaciousness of your mind and the clarity that comes when the noise settles. Air teaches us to release what clutters our thoughts, to trust the currents that carry inspiration, and to speak truth with ease. It is the element of communication and breath- the reminder that life itself is always moving through you.

Spirit

Spirit is the essence that cannot be touched but is always present. It is the invisible thread of connection, the space that holds every element in harmony. To live in tune with spirit, is to sense the guidance that moves through all the things, to trust in the unseen support that steadies you. Spirit is not bound by form- it is the field of love in which everything belongs. It reminds you that you are never separate, always whole, and already part of something bigger than yourself.

The Magic is You

............................................................

It isn't the music, the candles, the incense, or even the stars in the sky. The magic is the open heart of the individual; the willingness to explore the quiet places within oneself.

"The real work you have to do is in the privacy of your own heart."     Ram Dass
